The main areas are the orchard (giant dirt area), reef / ocean, the path leading to the door, the amphitheater, the waterfalls, the lab, the bath, and the medical area.

The game continues even while you are not on it, so if you plan to be away a while, I recommend setting the speed to slow or paused until you get back.

TIP: If you go to the menu > options > game speed, you can speed up (2x / double speed), slow down (0.5x / half speed), and pause your game.
